We are excited to introduce TiE Launchpad, an initiative designed to foster the next generation of entrepreneurs by providing them with the opportunity to engage with our esteemed Charter Members.

It creates a platform where young, promising entrepreneurs can gain invaluable insights, guidance, and connections that will significantly accelerate their growth. For our Charter Members, this initiative offers a fulfilling “give-back” opportunity, allowing them to share their wisdom, expertise, and experiences with the entrepreneurs of tomorrow while deepening their commitment to TiE’s mission of nurturing entrepreneurship.

This year, we aim to take a measured approach by selecting 2–3 high-potential entrepreneurs to join the program. These individuals will participate in TiE Dana Point’s events and retreats, where they can network and form relationships with our accomplished Charter Members. We’ll work closely with each entrepreneur to identify suitable mentors, aligning with their specific needs and goals.

Once matched, mentors and mentees will define the scope, frequency, and focus of their mentorship, ensuring a tailored and effective experience. TiE Dana Point will facilitate periodic check-ins to monitor progress, gather feedback, and continuously improve the program for future cohorts.

The broader vision is to integrate these entrepreneurs into the TiE community as full-fledged Charter Members. Through mentorship, networking, and shared experiences, we aim to equip them with the tools and relationships to thrive — and eventually pay it forward within the TiE ecosystem.
